"Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and to honor my authentic self.
In my classes, I love to combine different styles of yoga, intentional sequencing and a spirit of playfulness with a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance training in Edwardsville IL during the spring of 2012. I'm currently pursuing my 500 hour advanced training with Yoga on High in Columbus. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom all of my teachers have shared with me."

Cindy also just received her "E" designation for being an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher after cataloging more than 3,500 hours of teaching yoga over the last 5 years.
"I have been teaching yoga for about 5 years, beginning in West Virginia. I received my teacher training from BYS (Breathe Yoga Studio) in Pittsburgh under Lynn Rescigno. My yoga journey began in highschool, where I was an avid swimmer. I found yoga to not only help my muscles after exhausting practices but to help maintain a kind and positive outlook on life in all aspects. Since I began teaching, I have been drawn to teaching new students who are looking to enter into the practice of yoga. I love sharing the practice of yoga with others and seeing the life changing results that follow!"
